Course Outline
Course Objective: An introduction to monetary and financial economics with special reference to Canadian institutions.
Prerequisites: Economics 103, Economics 105 and English 098 (corequisite)

| Monetary policy and the role of the central bank |
| International finance - money in an open economy |
