Prerequisites: C+ or higher in English 098, 099 LWA placement or equivalent external score

Course Objectives: At the end of the course you will have culturally appropriate communication skills in both spoken and written Japanese; understand the basic structure of the Japanese language, and have basic understanding of Japanese culture.
