On November 21, 2024, Columbia College’s library transformed into a hub of creativity, storytelling, and solidarity as students gathered for the Journey Through Art exhibition. Organized by students, this event invited participants to explore the theme of “Journey” through various multimedia art forms, including paintings, poetry, photography, and sculpture. 

Columbia College (CC) is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). This collaboration paves the way for CC students to enter the growing digital forensics and cybersecurity fields through a pathway program.

Meet Prabhu Karki, a 21-year-old student from the scenic city of Pokhara, Nepal. Currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology at Columbia College in Vancouver, Prabhu is a dedicated student, an avid adventurer, and a tea enthusiast.

Finding a safe, affordable, and community-oriented place to live in Vancouver can be challenging for international students. So, in the summer 2024, we partnered with GEC Living to help our students find a home while studying and living in Vancouver.

Columbia College is committed to supporting the health and wellness of its students, and one unique way we do this is through our partnership with City Care Dental. Each summer, the Dental Bus parks on campus, offering free dental care to a select group of students.

Pursuing an associate degree in General Science with a major in Biochemistry and a minor in Psychology, Kapish wanted more than just academic success. As he nears the end of his studies, his journey is a powerful example of how embracing life at Columbia College can transform an individual.  

Columbia College partnered with GEC Living to offer affordable off-campus accommodations for our students. Located just 25 minutes from our campus, these dorm-style apartments will be available to our current and incoming students starting September 2024.
