Bard Youth Fest

ABOUT BARD YOUTH FEST

Bard Youth Fest is an opportunity for students to explore the many ways that Shakespeare’s language can be reimagined, reconfigured, and reinterpreted in ways that best resonate with them.

Join your peers and a professional theatre artist from Bard on the Beach as we playfully explore the language, characters, and plays of William Shakespeare. Together, we’ll explore how they can be reimagined, reconfigured, and reinterpreted in ways that best resonate with you. By the end of the program, you and your peers will collaboratively create an original 20-minute piece inspired by Shakespeare to share with your friends, family, and participants from other troupes at a Finale in June on the BMO Main Stage at Bard on the Beach.
