Power 10 Club

This is the club for you if you would like to stay active at home during quarantine and hang out online with a bunch of people who like to work out and talk about good food. Every few weeks, we do a games night or something fun together on a Friday night.

Founded by members of the dragon boat team, CC Riders, we are a group for students and staff who love fitness and food! Back when we could see each other and eat meals together, we used to go out for food after dragon boat practice. We would have bubble tea, sushi, Indian food, pizza, pasta, Korean food, and more. Nowadays, we try to stay active together online and share food stories and talk about life or just how tired we are after the workout (haha!).

Currently, our club is following Shaun T’s FOCUS T25 program. It is a series of short, intense workouts. You can leave after the 25-minutes or stay for stretching and weight lifting guided by our club leader, Deep.
