Join Shasha, one of our counsellors, every Thursday lunch time for some yoga! She will guide you through simple stretches and yoga moves to help release the tension you accumulate throughout the week. As the saying goes… An anxious mind cannot exist in a relaxed body! Yoga mats will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own if you have one. All you need to do is wear comfortable clothing and bring yourself onto a mat! Staff, faculty, and students are all welcome. Get ready to nourish your mind and body. See you there!
