The International Young Professional Series consists of 4 networking events set for every Thursday from June 11th to July 2nd. It will feature former international students and Columbia College Alumni now employed as established young professionals across highly recognized companies such as KPMG, Best Buy, MNP, and Seaspan. This series of online webinars are intended for Business students but all students are encouraged to join!
Here’s what you can expect from these events:
- Experience sharing, thoughtful conversations, and tips and tricks from former international students and CC alumni who know what the business career journey is like
- Learn about business professions such as Financial Analyst, Business Specialist, Human Resources and Tax Consultant
- Discuss business-related topic areas such as marketing, e-commerce, accounting, entrepreneurship and recruitment
- Networking opportunities. Meet established young professionals and gain insight into the business field
- Time for questions and answers from the audience

Behavioural Interventionist with Monarch House

Monarch House is currently looking for FUN, responsible, dedicated and creative individuals to work as a behaviour interventionist with children 2-6 years of age with developmental disabilities and Autism. You will work as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team which includes another awesome behaviour interventionist, a Board Certified Behaviour Consultant, a Speech and Language Pathologists, and an Occupational Therapist. You need to have strong play skills, a positive attitude, and lots of energy and patience. You are a good multitasker, are organized, encouraging, enthusiastic, and responsible. You need to be able to take constructive feedback and implement it immediately. You will receive initial and ongoing training and development from all three disciplines (BC, SLP & OT). Once you have been with Monarch House for 6 months, you will be provided with 40 hours of Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) training and you will be eligible to complete the competency assessment and register with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board as a Registered Behaviour Technician.
