As a Summer intern with the Manulife Investments Sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Primary responsibilities will involve providing support to a Regional Sales Team in managing and maintaining accurate territory records in Salesforce, which is our client relationship management tool. This involves learning Salesforce and other industry tools and technology along with contacting advisor offices to validate information and coordinating updates to Salesforce records.
  • Secondary responsibilities will include:
    • Support with the organization of Sales team documentation and marketing content, helping to create an efficient model on Sharepoint or other document sharing and repository platform (i.e. Seismic).
    • Support the Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Sales Support with marketing and sales material review, updates and organization to drive efficient use and adoption by the Sales team.
    • Competitor and market research with summaries being used by leadership to identify opportunities and drive sales strategies.
    • Providing support with data analysis and creating advisor segments that can be leveraged by the sales team to drive improved use of time and sales success.
