Apply to Attend Convocation

The deadline to submit the application form and payment for the Summer 2026 convocation is May 1 2026. Any submissions received after this date will not be considered for this year’s ceremony.Columbia College will hold its next graduation in the following academic year. Updates will be published on this page once available.

All students who have completed their degree or certificate in the year preceding the ceremony are invited to apply to attend the ceremony. If you would like to attend, please complete the graduation form listed below.

Each student will be able to invite two guests to attend the ceremony with them to celebrate. Tickets will be available for collection from Student Services a month before the date of the ceremony.

Please note the following:

• We may not have space for every student, and spaces for the ceremony are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
• If your application is successful, you will be contacted to pay the $80 ceremony fee. Failure to pay within 2 weeks from the date of notification will lead to you being removed from the ceremony list.
• Columbia College will not provide letters which include the personal information of your relatives for immigration purposes. If you wish to invite your relatives, you should write your own invitation letter. Instructions are available on the Immigration Services of our website.
