Graduation Form

This form is intended for students who have successfully completed their degree program on or before August 2026. 

Please note the following:

• We may not have space for every student, and spaces for the ceremony are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
   
• We will begin reviewing your application starting February 2027. However, we recommend completing this form as soon as your graduation from your program is finalized. 
   
• Starting February 2027, we will begin contacting students to pay the graduation fee. Please note that your fee is inclusive of:
  • 1 Graduation Ticket
  • 2 Guest Tickets
  • Your Graduation Regalia
     
• Please note that we will not be issuing Convocation Confirmation Letters until February 2027 and after you have completed the graduation payment.
   
• Columbia College will not provide letters which include the personal information of your relatives for immigration purposes. If you wish to invite your relatives, you should write your own invitation letter. Instructions are available on the Immigration Services of our website.
