Fees (in Canadian $, effective Sep 1, 2017)

Placement Fee $250.00
Express Placement Fee (For homestay application less than 5 working days before placement) $350.00
Airport Pick-up $70.00
Single Month (For new students over the age of 19) $1000.00
Moving Fee (For students who request to move after the initial placement) $100.00

Homestay (19 or older)

Monthly Homestay Fee  $825.00

Custodianship with Homestay (minors only)

Monthly Homestay Fee (includes custodianship) $900.00
Custodianship Set-up Fee $200.00
Custodianship Monitoring Fee (per semester) $80.00

If you are applying for homestay, please pay the following homestay fees:

Homestay with Airport Pick-up

Includes homestay placement fee, pick-up fee and first and last months’ homestay rent.

Homestay without Airport Pick-up

Includes homestay placement fee and first and last months’ homestay rent

Custodianship with Homestay and Airport Pickup

Includes homestay deposit, pick-up fee, custodianship set-up fee, first semester monitoring fee, and first and last months’ homestay rent. The remaining 3 months ($2700) of homestay with custodianship fee is due prior to registration.

Custodianship with Homestay and without Airport Pickup

Includes homestay placement fee, custodianship set-up fee, first semester monitoring fee and first and last months’ homestay rent. The remaining 3 months ($2700) of homestay with custodianship fee is due prior to registration.

Homestay Refund Policy

Once requested the Homestay Placement fee and Custodianship Set-up Fee are not refundable. If the College is given reasonable notice (i.e. at least 5 working days before the student’s stated date of arrival in Vancouver) then other fees (airport reception, Custodianship monitoring fee and first two months’ rent) are fully refundable.
