Room Types and Pricing*

GEC Kingsway

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms: one private, and one shared, with a maximum of 3 students per apartment. There is also a large shared kitchen and lounge, bathroom(s) and balcony.

Private rooms are available for $1700.00 per month. These sleep one person only.
Shared rooms Twin Beds cost $1200.00 per person per month. Two people can share a shared room.
Shared rooms Bunk Beds cost $1100.00 per person per month. Two people can share a shared room.

GEC Pearson

Sectioned Private Bedroom: cost $1400.00 per person per month.
Shared Accommodation: cost $900.00 per person per month. Two people can share a shared room.

GEC Burnaby Heights

Flex Room: cost $1400.00 per person per month.
Shared Accommodation: cost $900.00 per person per month. Two people can share a shared room.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this accommodation, you must meet the following criteria:

You must be a Columbia College student
You must be 18 or over (over 19 if in the High School program)
