Airport Pickup

Homestay Students can request Airport Pick Up at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Transportation is provided by our partner transportation service, Beaton’s Meet and Greet.

Requesting Airport Pick Up

The following steps must be taken to ensure that a college representative will be at the airport to pick you up once you arrive in Vancouver:

1. You must pay an additional Airport Pick Up fee of $100.00 CAD. This fee should be included with your homestay fees when you apply for homestay.

2. You can request for Airport Pick Up by filling out the Homestay Application form. The form should be submitted at least 5 working days prior to your arrival. Airport pickup is not guaranteed if we receive late arrival details. 

Arriving at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR)

Once you arrive at the Vancouver International Airport (YVR) you will be met by a representative from our transportation service. Please look around for a sign with your name on it.
