Weekend Activity – “Be the Best Version of Yourself” Psychology Presentation by Dr. Sara David

Increase your confidence, clarity, curiosity and courage. Learn to calm the mind and the autonomic nervous system. Gain the skills to feel more relaxed, connected to the mature inner adult, and as a result to be more creative and fulfilled in every endeavour. Also included: a model for Emotional Self-Care, Brain Gym, and Visualization.
