  • Learn how to eat healthy to have a balanced life. FREE recipes, granola breakfast, and smoothies!

TUESDAY – Grief and Healing

11:30am-1:30pm Main Campus lobby, 11:40am-1pm North Campus lounge

  • Dealing with any kind of loss can be challenging. Grief is a normal and natural response to loss. Learn more about grief, how to heal, and add to the memory wall.

WEDNESDAY – Pink Shirt Day

9:45am-1pm Main Campus lobby, 11:40am-1pm North Campus lounge

  • Celebrate the anti-bullying movement with national Pink Shirt Day! Wear pink to show your support, and come by for free gifts, prizes, competitions and more.

THURSDAY – Thankful Thursday

11:30am-1:30pm Main Campus lobby, 11:40am-1pm North Campus lounge

  • What/who are you thankful for? Pick up a free thankfulness journal, take part in the thankfulness challenge, and send postcards to those you are truly thankful for.

FRIDAY – Dance like Nobody’s Watching!

12-1 & 2-3PM Main Campus

  • Bhangra, hip hop, disco, and maybe even the waltz. Come out and show your dance moves. Dancing can help relieve stress while you’re having a fun time. Free food as well! Students from both campuses are welcome to join!
