1. When will I receive my Associate Degree documents?
They will be ready between September 8th and September 18th.
2. How do I receive my documents during COVID-19?
Due to Covid-19 precautions, the Columbia College building is closed until further notice and so it is not possible to physically pick up your documents. Once your documents are ready, the completion letter and the transcript will be e-mailed to your college account. You will be able to pick up physical copies of your documents, including your certificate, when the College reopens.
Please note that only the completion letter and transcript from Columbia College are required for your Post-Graduation Work Permit application.
3. Can I receive my documents earlier?
Please note that there is no express service for this request.
4. What are the Associate Degree documents?
The documents include your letter, transcript and certificate. Please read #2 for details.
5. My study permit will be expiring on August 31st. Can I receive my documents earlier?
Yes, your documents will be ready between August 26th and August 28th. If your study permit expires in June or July, your documents will be ready between September 8th and September 18th.
