Confirmation Letter Request Form

  • An official confirmation letter verifies your registered status at Columbia College. If you need a letter that simply details your registered courses, program and/or start date, you can find this on the Student Portal. If you need to extend your study permit, please contact our Student Services department at [email protected]
  • Please provide a brief description of the reason for your request.
  • If you do not have a last name on your passport, enter all your first name(s) in the First Name field and leave the Last Name field blank. Do not enter “Not applicable”, “*” or “N/A”.

  • If the student ID number is unknown, please fill in 000000. You will be required to upload a picture ID.
