We hold a Graduation & Awards ceremony each year. For 2024, Convocation will take place at the Vancouver Convention Centre.
All students who have completed their degree or certificate in the year preceding the ceremony are invited to apply to attend the ceremony. If you would like to attend, please complete the graduation form listed at the bottom of this webpage
Each student will be able to invite two guests to attend the ceremony with them to celebrate. Tickets will be available for collection from Student Services a month before the date of the ceremony.

This form is intended for students who have successfully completed their degree program on or before December 2023.
Please note the following:
- We may not have space for every student, and spaces for the ceremony are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
- If your application is successful, you will be contacted to pay the $60 ceremony fee. Failure to pay within 2 weeks from the date of notification will lead to you being removed from the ceremony list.
- Columbia College will not provide letters which include the personal information of your relatives for immigration purposes. If you wish to invite your relatives, you should write your own invitation letter. Instructions are available on the Immigration part of our website.
