Namaste! I’m Chhotaram Prajapat and I’m a textile artist from a small village near Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. In 2009, me and my wife Mamata decided to start a Homestay and share our home and our culture with national and international tourists.
As our guests really enjoy our home cooked food, we have decided to share our best loved recipes with the connected world. Do join our class, learn a new recipe and cook a wonderful vegetarian/vegan Indian meal for your friends and family.

This was my 2nd time to take their class. Always fun class and amazing taste more than I expected. The atmosphere of the class was very cosy and taste of each dishes was very deep. He gave me a instruction each process and that was very important point for real Indian taste. Will take next class, too. Highly recommended!
Superb evening! We all had a fantastic time and would certainly recommend this experience to anyone. Learnt a lot, laughed a lot and just really enjoyed it. Thank you.
Chhotaram is an amazing teacher – really patient and providing valuable advice as you are cooking the delicious food as he is cooking – and then eating food together. Chhotaram is articulate, and it is easy to understand his instructions. Loved hearing about Chhotaram’s home.
This is the second time to join Chhotaram & Mamata’s class. We cooked three kinds of “street food” and all of them are new to me. I wasn’t able to prepare some ingredients which are not easy to get in my place. They helped me to use alternative ingredients and turned out it also works. I enjoyed a lot again.
