Destress for Success Week | Living in Awareness

Bring mindfulness practice into your daily life by joining a mindful walking group. We will leave the Main Campus at 12pm (meet in the Main Lobby) and take a walk by False Creek, while practicing bringing our attention to the present moment and becoming aware of how our bodies and mind feel while moving!
