Exercise with CC Riders!

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until May 27, 2020
Stay active at home with our dragon boat team, CC Riders! Every Wednesday at 5:30 PM, join us for a 90-minute exercise. Our team captain will lead us in a warm up, workout, and cool down during each session. What you need:
- enough space for some bodyweight exercises
- a yoga mat or a towel to create a soft surface on the floor
- if you’d like, weights or something heavy like a jug of milk or bag of rice
What time: 5:30-7pm
