Wellness Wednesdays with CCSA

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 3:00 pm on Wednesday, repeating until March 24, 2021
The Health and Wellness Committee of our CCSA is happy to introduce “Wellness Wednesdays” – one-hour, bi-weekly sessions where we will discuss important topics for our students’ positive wellbeing. Join your Committee members from 3-4pm on Zoom throughout the semester, as we tackle tips and advice on having a healthier lifestyle.

Find what techniques works for you.||A fun movie session 🙂 We will watch A Beautiful Mind (2001), a real life story of a brilliant, asocial mathematical genius.||Tips on maintaining a healthy diet. Getting proper nutrition is crucial. Are you eating well?|
