DeStress for Success Week Day 3 – Wednesday, July 31, 2019
DeStress for Success Week occurs one week before final exams every semester. Throughout the week, students are offered a chance to participate in relaxing activities to encourage self-care during the stressful days. Take a look below to see what’s planned for this day. Hope to see you there!

|Notes||Nothing better than some tunes to help destress! Visit the library for a ukulele session, a giant colouring sheet, a juice/tea station, and the Positive Thoughts Window. The library will also have extended studying hours this week: Monday~Thursday from 8am to 8pm, and Friday from 8am to 6pm.|
