Come join us to UNWIND THE MIND! Unwind the mind is a bi-weekly drop-in group for students to de-stress and connect with each other. Each time, we will be having a different activity to help you unwind and recharge your mind so you can feel more relaxed and energized. It is a great way to take care of yourself and meet new friends. Tea and snacks will also be provided.
