Yoga is a great way to stay physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy. Join one of our counsellors Shasha for self-care time. If you have a yoga mat, it’s time to bring it out! Not committed enough to have your own? Don’t worry, you can substitute it with a thick towel for now. What’s important is that you have a protective layer underneath you for injury prevention. Wear loose and comfortable clothing, and have a water bottle close to you to stay hydrated! All levels welcomed.
What time: 12:30-1:30pm
Where: Our virtual Student Lounge! Our Student Life Coordinators will send you an access code to enter the lounge via student email. 🙂
