We have partnered with student housing experts, GEC Living, to offer affordable, independent apartment living to our students. GEC Kingsway is a brand new building in East Vancouver, just 25 minutes away from campus. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms: one private, and one shared, with a maximum of 3 students per apartment.
To be eligible for this accommodation, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must be a Columbia College student
- You must be 18 or over (over 19 if in the High School program)
- You must be in good academic standing (not on probation)

Location
The accommodation is at 4589 Gladstone Street in Vancouver (V5N 2T4), a 25-minute direct bus ride from our campus.
Cost
Private rooms cost $965 per month, and shared rooms (bunk beds or twin beds) are $625 per person per month. There is an additional $25 monthly insurance charge.
Residents are also required to pay a $300 refundable damage deposit before move-in.
