Location
The accommodation is at 4589 Gladstone Street in Vancouver (V5N 2T4), a 25-minute direct bus ride from our campus.
Cost
A private room will cost $965 per month or a shared room with bunk beds or beds end-to-end is $625 per person per month. There will also be a $20 to $25 monthly insurance charge. In addition, you will be required to pay a $300 refundable damage deposit before you move in.

Am I eligible?
To be eligible to live in this accommodation, you must meet the following criteria:
• You must be 19 or over
• You must be studying in the University (Associate Degree) program
• You must be in good academic standing (not on probation)
