ABOUT THE CLUB
Green Club (formerly known as Students for the Planet) is being resurrected in Summer 2023! This club’s mission is to educate the student body to be more aware and critical of the environmental and social decisions that impact our planet. If you are passionate about taking care of our planet, thus our world, come and join the club!
Green Club meets once a week on Mondays at 4:30-6:00pm, often off campus when the club participates in the City of Vancouver’s Adopt-a-Block Program. The club will contribute to Vancouver’s communities by keeping neighbourhoods litter-free, and have some fun while doing it! Tools and supplies are provided, including vests, garbage bags and litter pickers (tongs).
